Due to COVID19, the usual in-person event had to be cancelled and hence BCF and Birmingham Scouts are now organising a virtual Faiths for Fun Event to continue its Annual legacy for the 12th year in a row. 

This virtual event will be the first of its kind in the history of Faiths for Fun Event and we are very excited to be hosting this. It’s Free to Join too!

Awards & Prizes

Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all participants (for Cub Scouts verifies 3 parts of World Faiths Badge).

There will also be a prize in each category, ie 7-9 years, 10-12 years, youngster with Special Educational Needs or Disability.

How to Participate

Step 1

Register your child.
(Registrations are now closed)

Step 2

Join the Live event on 3rd May 2020 at 2pm using Zoom or alternatively Join the Offline event at your own time with Recorded Event Video being sent to your email.

Step 3

Choose your child's preferred activity from the list above and submit it by 17th May 2020.

You will receive a confirmation email with Event details and URL link to join the live event. Please kindly check your Inbox, spam or junk folder for this important email.

Please note that it is not compulsory to join the live event for participating in this event as we will be sending recorded event video to all participants however, we will be happy if you can join us on live event.

For Digital Drawing & Designing, we suggest the following Digital Tools but you are free to use any tools your child is comfortable with (eg Paper, Pencil etc.)

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Paint
  • Google Docs
  • Google Drawing

The artwork size should be A4 paper size i.e. 210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27 × 11.69 inches. This applies to both digitally made artwork and those made on physical paper.

We request it should be maximum one A4 size. It could be handwritten or written on Microsoft Word document.

Digital documents can be emailed as .doc or .docx formats or PDF. Handwritten documents can be scanned and emailed.

All submitted artwork will be uploaded to BCF Website Gallery for public viewership. (Subject to consent from participants. All copyright belongs to the art creators, ie participants)
